Hi, I'm Ciara Maguire, Head of Creative at Belazu. Responsible for leading and directing creative for both Belazu and Miso Tasty brands, driving creative output which aligns with the strategic principles of Belazu’s growth plan. Working closely with the marketing and extended teams to ensure that all campaigns are delivered as part of an integrated 360 brand strategy.

Maintaining consistent, high-quality brand output while ensuring the brand’s visions and values resonate. Lead and motivate a high-performing creative team, providing clear goals and fostering an inclusive environment for optimal performance and development.

Lead on visual concepts for NPD and ranges including, market scope and illustration styles. Uphold consistent creative standards ensuring a uniform personality, tone of voice, and execution for the brand.

Proven experience in managing and developing creative teams, including strategic planning, and identifying skill gaps. Experienced in overseeing projects from initial briefing to final delivery, particularly in collaboration with external agencies to deliver projects and campaign collateral that align with brand objectives and creative briefs. Ensure all deliverables meet the brand's standards and strategic goals while maintaining creative integrity and innovation throughout the process. Use data and KPIs to inform creative decisions and strategies. identifying project scopes and strategies to streamline creative processes and deliverables and managing creative budgets.

Exceptional creative skills across all platforms, with the ability to guide visual aesthetics and design elements. Present to stakeholders at all levels, building strong working relationships across the business. Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire trust and influence at senior levels, both internally and externally.

Overseeing the organisation and maintenance of the creative assets archive, Ensuring efficient storage, implement and manage processes and accessibility of all creative materials.

First class BA(hons) focused in Graphic Communication Design from University of Westminster.
